A Bit of History... On November 6, 1787, Alexander St. Clair deeded 25 acres of land to the village of Staunton.
This land was ordered to be laid off in lots and streets.
From its inception, Newtown was a neighborhood of shops, cottages, modest single family homes and several dwellings considered by
some to be "mansions". Many buildings have been restored. Some are works in progress, yet there are many more investment opportunities available for you!
